As promised, the third installment in our supercar video extravaganza--after the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and the Porsche GT2 RS--gives you the lowdown on the hyperexotic Lexus LFA and its insane 552-hp V10 powerplant. Best described by senior editor for motorsports Mac Morrison as "shrieking like a melting witch," the Lexus LFA emits a wail unlike anything this side of a Formula One racer, and its performance isn't too far off that mark, either. Mitsubishi has announced two new models in the Outlander range
First up is the Mitsubishi Outlander 2.0 DI-D SE, which offers pretty decent spec level. Included are 18″ alloys, Privacy glass, Bluetooth, extra airbags and a third row of seats. Move up the the Mitsubishi Outlander 2.0 DI-D GSE and you can add leather and DVD.
Peugeot will show this SXC crossover concept at next week’s 2011 Shanghai auto show. It’s a large hybrid 4x4 designed in Peugeot’s Chinese styling studio and shows a few pointers for how a future crossover could look. We’ll take that to mean the next 4007 then.
